READINGS AND MEETINGS ON LEGALITY

The Verdi Theater in Buscoldo is hosting a double event dedicated to the important theme of legality. These are two moments of deep reflection and active testimony, designed to involve both citizens and schools.
READINGS AND MEETINGS ON LEGALITY
The first event on the program will be held on Thursday, February 12, at 9:00 p.m., with the show “Mio figlio Giuseppe Impastato” (My son Giuseppe Impastato). The evening will feature a staged reading by Paola Sarzola, with Alessandro Balducci on stage in the role of Peppino and Sarzola herself in the role of Felicia, all enriched by live music from the group Open Hill. The initiative, promoted by Rotary with the patronage of the Province of Mantua and the Municipality of Curtatone, has a noble charitable purpose. The event serves as a fundraiser for a project aimed at creating a computer lab at a school in Ngozi, Burundi.
READINGS AND MEETINGS ON LEGALITY
The second event, entitled “Le ombre lunghe della Mafia” (The Long Shadows of the Mafia) is scheduled for Friday, February 13, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting, organized in collaboration with other municipalities in the Province of Mantua, is aimed particularly at middle and high school students. The special guest is Francesco Mongiovì, former Chief Superintendent of the State Police and long-time member of Judge Giovanni Falcone's security detail. During the morning, Mongiovì will share his valuable personal and professional experience, as well as presenting his book “Uomo di Stato” (Man of State).
