Curtatone invests in the well-being and sociality of its citizens with an ambitious project: the redevelopment and enhancement of a historic building in the Levata hamlet. Located at the intersection of Via Costituzione and Via Levata (Civico 39), this space is preparing to become a reference point for the community, a place where culture, collaboration and innovation can flourish.
A new meeting place for everyone - the intervention aims to give new life to the building, transforming it into a welcoming and functional environment for citizens of all ages. Inside it will be born:
- A Civic Hall, designed to host events, meetings, cultural and social activities, giving space to moments of sharing and collective growth.
- A Co-Working Laboratory, a modern and stimulating area dedicated to young professionals, startups and workers who want a place to discuss, develop ideas and grow new projects.
An investment for the future of the community: the total amount of the work is 500,000 euros, of which 474,352 euros are financed by the Lombardy Region. The works are already in progress and the delivery is scheduled for July 2025.
