That of bringing Mantua and bringing the traditions of this beautiful and wonderful territory to be a pride for everyone, even for me, who am not from Mantua, but who have let me hear from us. The seventh edition of the Battle of Curtatone and Montanara Award was much more than a celebratory event: it was a collective experience, felt and lived by those who love and value the roots of an extraordinary territory.

In the heart of Rome, Mantua has found a voice. Mayor Carlo Bottani brought the City of Curtatone and the entire province to the capital for a special event: the presentation of the Book of the Madonnaires and the award of the prize to Andrea Riccardi, a leading figure in the Italian cultural and social scene.
