4th Fior di Loto Prize

A tribute to the territory, the product and the community

The Fior di Loto Award, now in its fourth edition, celebrates the link between territory, identity and inclusion. During the event, a project that combines productive excellence and intercultural openness was presented: the first Grana Padano made with vegetable rennet.

An important evolution, which makes the product accessible even to communities with specific dietary needs, such as the Indian one. A goal that enhances the Mantuan territory and its ability to innovate while respecting traditions.

The award also highlights the importance of natural resources, such as the Mincio river and its waters, which are essential for agriculture and the life of local communities.

An award that confirms Curtatone as an example of dialogue between cultures, sustainability and enhancement of the agri-food heritage.
