Sunday, April 6, 2025, the Curtatone community came together in a symbolic embrace, with an event that touched everyone's heart. The 2nd Luca Bonfante Memorial was not only a sporting event, but a moment of great union, a day that recounted the value of solidarity and love for our territory. A unique opportunity to walk together, to remember and to act concretely for those in need.
Organized by the G. Bertani Cooperative, in collaboration with G.P. Buscoldo, Beerfester and Aido, the event took place in a festive atmosphere, in which every step taken by the participants became a symbol of hope. Every kilometer traveled, every smile shared, was a small gesture that helped to build a stronger community, capable of caring for others.
With the support of the Curtatone Local Police, which guaranteed road and road safety, the Luca Bonfante Memorial saw the participation of adults, children, families and athletes, all united by the desire to do something good. It wasn't just about walking, but about walking for a bigger goal: raising funds for the purchase of a defibrillator, a gesture that will make a difference at crucial moments, saving lives and offering fundamental support for the entire community.
The event, which saw the start at 9.00 from Via Giovanni XXIII° 2, gave the participants a 7-km route that crossed the symbolic places of Buscoldo, with moments of refreshment that allowed them to recharge their energies and to enjoy local traditions. At Corte Galvana, the scent of bread and salami welcomed walkers, while at Borgata Ronchi Grana Padano conquered hearts and palates. In Piazza Lombardelli, an aperitif at Uniko refreshed the spirits, and finally, the traditional pilot risotto prepared with love by the Bertani Cooperative put the icing on the cake of an unforgettable day.
But the real magic of this event lay in the smiling faces, in the gestures of kindness, in the feeling that everyone was doing something special, not only for themselves, but for the entire community. Every step, every breath, every word exchanged along the way was a sign of solidarity. Because in these moments, when we come together for a common goal, we discover the incredible strength that comes from sharing.
The 2nd Luca Bonfante Memorial was not just a sporting event. It was an act of love for others, a day of hope, where each participant played a fundamental role.
Thanks to them, we have taken the first step towards a safer and more united future, where solidarity is the engine that drives us to move forward.
Special thanks go to the Local Police, the G. Bertani Cooperative, the G.P. Buscoldo, Beerfester, Aido and all those who have contributed with their commitment and generosity, demonstrating that when the community unites, nothing is impossible.
Thanks to all of you, who with your heart, your commitment and your love for the territory, have made this event a memory that will remain in everyone's heart. Every step you have taken has made our world a little more beautiful, a little more united. And that's what really matters.
